Wanted a small personal pizza. Asked the gentleman behind the counter and he helped me with understanding and kindness. He also gave me suggestions for toppings. The pizza was brought to my table with packets of options plates and napkins. It was a great experience bcs I can count on 1hand the quality customer service I've had in PG county in the last 10 years of residing visiting and working there. I wish I had gotten his name. Great job. Thankyou for the hot nice tasting food experience. I will definitely visit again.

It is an old restaurant, the food was good but not great. The service was "here's the food. " The atmosphere was lacking.

I do a lot of call in orders at this location and the staff is friendly, pleasant and welcoming. The whole time is minimal and the order is available within 15 minutes. So far I have never had to wait longer than 2 to 3 minutes and that was simply because there was a line in front of me. I love the fact you can custom order and the portions are generous. I have tried many items on the menu and each experience has been positive.

Little known Ledos menu item...bacon cheese fries!!! They come with shoe string fries or waffle fries. Lots of melted cheese and bacon crisps throughout. Soooo good!!

I can't hold it against them because it happens at almost every ledos I eat at. I order other tmextra sauce and always end up with extra cheese yeah it's something small it's just if I spend my money I want what I want and again I can't hold it against them because it' happens at every ledos I eat at other than the it's 5 stars clean place nice cashiers

08/26/2024-We purchased a 14 inch, thin crust, BBQ chicken, spinach, onion, green pepper, and tomato pizza. Also ordered one two-liter ginger ale beverage. Delicious! Just right! Yum! Yum! Yum!

We are traveling to see the Orioles play in DC, (Go O’s) we ended up getting a hotel close to JB Andrew’s for the night just to save on money rather than getting on in DC. We picked Ledo due to the reviews. It’s in a large strip mall, that was pretty busy however we didn’t have any issues finding parking. We walked right in grabbed a menu and found a seat (place was empty outside a lot of take out orders). There was a gentleman at the counter who greeted us, and was super friendly. We got a medium (believe a 14”). We are use to square pizza, this was a little different as it’s a bit like a thin pizza. The sauce was sweet, which added a nice labor to the crisp crust. The pizza had a ton of cheese, and overall was really good. You need to get a key get into the bathroom, which I found to be slightly weird but I’m sure they have a good reason from past experience. Overall we would come again if we were in the area. Our 3 & 1 year old enjoyed the food, and the gentlemen who helped us was super nice and friendly with all of us.
